Personal Use: You may use the purchased artwork for personal purposes such as social media, profile pictures, or non-monetized content.

Commercial Use: If you plan to use the artwork for monetized streams, merch, branding, or promotional content, commercial rights must be purchased or included in the agreement.

2. Credit & Attribution

Credit is appreciated but not required for paid commissions. For free or promotional use, credit must be clearly given (e.g., “Art by @YourHandle”).

3. Copyright & Ownership

I retain full copyright and creative rights to all artwork created, unless otherwise stated. You are not permitted to claim the artwork as your own, resell it, or heavily modify it without permission.

4. Usage Restrictions

Do not use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related technologies.

Do not trace, edit, or manipulate the artwork in a way that misrepresents my work.

Do not reproduce the work for mass production or resale unless agreed upon in writing.

5. Revisions & Edits

Revisions are allowed during the design phase. Once the final piece is approved and delivered, further edits may incur additional fees.

6. Payment & Refunds

Full payment is required upfront for commissions or digital products.

Due to the nature of digital art, no refunds are issued after work has begun or the product has been delivered.
